  • Bad af cramps after bfp. Congrats!! I always get cramping before AF is due and the month I got my BFP I told DH that it wasn't our month because I got that cramp. Hi Ladies, I occasionally pop in here from GP to ask a question or two :) I was wonderingdid any of you experience any very similar AF symptoms prior to BFP?? The day af was due I had horrible cramps all through to my lower back 2 days after got my bfp. Have done loads of at home tests and all come up positive. It concerned me a little, but I wasn't bleeding with it, so I tried to ignore it, & it eventually stopped I'm sure I'm 15dpo and I've had af cramps on and off a couple of times. I've been having what feels like menstrual cramps for three days, AF is late, but I've tested on 10DPO and 13DPO both with BFN. I’m now terrified the cramps will become I didn't test until the day after AF was due, but in the week leading up to the expected date I had period like cramps, to the point that I was convinced on a daily basis that my period was coming. Have my first scan on Friday and am terrified. It felt similar to AF cramps but not exactly the same (if that makes sense). Anyone else have AF pains after BFP? I got my positive through a blood test on the 18th of Feb so am 6 weeks. Luckily my transfer was successful, I was on a lot of progesterone (pessaries and lubion) so not sure 11 DPO - temp still higher than "pre-dip" temps, slight cramping in lower abdomen that comes and goes. Ever since my FET I’ve had mild cramping on and off, nothing too serious just like period pains which my clinic has said is normal. Has anyone had . (know that's really negative) From things I've read online the difference between implantation cramp and af cramp is that implantation cramp is I had dull AF like cramps after my BFP IUI! They started about 3-4 dpiui and it was the only cycle I had that happen, so I think its a good sign!! GL!! I get sore boobs every month before my period and never cramps until my AF comes, on my BFP cycle I was cramping from O day and have been since, the pain in my breasts was different it was more like I'm in the same boat! 12dpo, BFP yesterday, lots of dispersed cramping. It was actually worse than usual and lasted longer. Last night I had really really bad cramps that woke me up from my sleep. The cramping I got severe cramps for about 45 min on Sunday, felt great Monday and woke up with severe cramps and a bit of bleeding today I have talked with the IVF nurse and explained how I have had cramping since simms and hasn't stopped and she said this is normal.
